Flooring Cleats vs Staples. What is the better fastener?

I grilled Gene Jarka from Powernail on which is better to use for hardwood flooring, cleats or staples. Since it is a question we get around here a lot, and Powernail makes both. A lot of contractors use staples because they hold so tight, but you will see in this video, it may not be the best thing for the life of the flooring because they do not allow for the seasonal expansion and contraction that most floors go through.
