This is the final video of a 4 part series showing you how to brew the American Light 20 minute boil kit from Midwest Supplies. This is a very easy and quick brew to make and yields a light bodied beer with a very delicate hop bite and aroma. In this video, we sanitize the bottling bucket with Iodophor, measure out the priming sugar (5oz or 3/4 cup), make the priming solution, sanitize the beer bottles, rack the beer into the bottling bucket with an autosiphon, prime the batch, bottle the beer, and cap our brew!

This is a taste test of the recent Scottish Export 80 home brew kit that I got from JOMalone3113. This was a partial extract home brew kit, meaning that it contained the same malt extract you would normally get in a canned kit, plus the fresh grains that beer is always made of. Keep in mind that most beer that you buy is made from malt extract. Using fresh grains when making your home brew adds a killer fresh taste that is similar to your favourite micro brewed beer.

In this video, we get our equipment sanitized, talk about the new Better Bottle, rack the beer out of the primary fermenter into the secondary fermenter, install the carboy stopper and airlock, jump through space and time, take the final gravity reading with the hydrometer, do a preliminary taste test, and talk about the next steps to finish off this batch.
