Just brew your favorite pot of Coffee like you would do for regular hot coffee. Then put into the fridge. When it is cold, add some ice to a cup, perhaps some cream or sugar or both and there you have a nice cup of iced coffee. I have been doing this for years. You can even buy flavored syrups in your local grocery store for added flavors.

It all depends on your preference. You can use priming sugar in the keg which will take a few weeks to complete carbonation. Doing this is said to produce a better head of foam but I haven’t seen anything to prove that. The down side is that you will have much greater amounts of yeast in your beer. Some people say that it is only the first few draws from te keg, others say it almost the entire keg.
The preferred method is force carbonation. By running co2 through the uncarbonated keg it will be carbonated within several days max. In addition to this some will also pick up and shake the keg to stimulate more carbonation.
There are methods of force carbonation that will take only a few hours but I have not tried these, so I cannot give you any experience on this.
